Billing speed is service speed. VIWO's order screen is built for the rush: item tiles, modifiers, split bills, merged tables, part payments and mixed tenders across cash and card — each a couple of taps, printed in Arabic or English on your thermal printers.

Because the POS runs locally on Windows or macOS, billing does not queue behind an internet connection. The line keeps moving through an outage, and the records sync to the cloud when the line returns.

Discounts, voids, complimentary items, reopened bills and cash in/out are all recorded with an actor and a timestamp — and sensitive actions can be routed to a manager for remote approval from their phone before they happen.
